Canes 2019 MIF Kohl Abrams commits to UNC Wilmington

Canes 2019 MIF and Green Hope (NC) product Kohl Abrams has committed to UNC Wilmington and Head Coach Mark Scalf. During the summer of 2017 Kohl played under the direction of Canes Central 2019 Head Coach Derrick Graham and during the fall under Canes American Head Coach Rob Younce. GM Dan Gitzen had this to say about Kohl. “Kohl Abrams is an elite level defender at the SS position. His combination of range, arm strength and hands make him a staple at the SS position for any infield that he steps on. Additionally he is a top of the line up hitter with excellent bat control and good speed. Kohl combination of tools and consistency will fit in nicely in Wilmington in 2019.” We would like to congratulate Kohl and the Abrams family on his commitment to UNCW.
