Canes Baseball COVID-19 Statement

Dear Canes Baseball Family

Canes Baseball is taking the necessary precautions to keep players and family members protected against COVID-19 as recommended by the CDC.

As we continue to converse with the baseball community it is all our goal to play summer baseball in 2020.

In conversing with our tournament and showcase hosts all tournaments and events are currently still scheduled as planned for the late spring and summer. In the event that additional restrictions are made to early tournaments we will be rescheduling those events.

We ask that in this time of suspended on field activity that you use this opportunity to prep for the summer 2020 season. Please use this opportunity to make your hotel reservations, update your Virtual Combine profile with academic, athletic and video highlights (Instructions here), upload Blast Motion Swing data and video (in a safe social distanced environment) and train using the InnerPro Mental & Physical Performance app that creates workouts in limited space environments.

Communications about how we plan to support our athletes using social media outlets and email communication will be sent in the coming days

Keeping everyone safe is Canes Baseball’s number one priority. We will continue to keep all families informed on a regular basis through email correspondence as well as Social Media. Follow @theCanesbb for updates
