Canes 13U Cheetham wins USSSA Super NIT tournament

  Canes 13U Cheetham went 4-0 and won the USSSA Super NIT tournament. Offensively, the Canes team took advantage of plus counts and hit the ball hard. Base runners were aggressive and timely steals helped produce runs. Defensively, the Canes played well. A couple of big double plays on Sunday helped secure the tournament win. Pitchers, as a group, were consistently commanding the strike zone and executing pitches in the right spot. This team effort led the group to win all four games they played.
